We have received a letter from Onchan District Commissioners saying that this years Civic Sunday will be on the 18. July 2010. All Onchan Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts and Leaders should make a note of this date. A letter will be going out with further details in due course.

Members of the 2nd Onchan Phoenix Scout Troop, spent the evening of Friday 21. May 2010 on the summit of Snaefell hunting out the five Letterboxes hidden there. The Scouts were split into three groups and over an hour managed to locate a total of four Letterboxes.

Tesco have now finished giving out the Schools & Clubs Vouchers, so if anyone still has any that they would like to donate to the Group, please bring them in before the 20. May 2010.

The Group Bingo Night which was held on the 30. April 2010, was a great success with around 120 members, families and supporters joining in the ten games of Bingo. The Group made just over £400.00 during the evening. Thank you to everyone who attended.
