Around 120 members of the Group:  Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Leaders took part in our Fireworks Activity Night on the 2. November 2011. Beaver Scouts spent an hour in the hall playing games, Cubs were out in the school field playing wide games and Scouts and Explorer Scouts hiked to the Scout Hall from Groudle Beach. Around 8pm everyone was fed Hotdogs, Soup and Juice, before we watched a short but noisy fireworks display outside (that’s where the comment “was that it?” came from). It was fantastic to see so many of the Group all together and the rain rain even held off until we finished. A great night, thanks to everyone who turned up.
