All Scouts in both the Phoenix Troop and the Moddey Dhoo Troop will have the chance of going for the Three Legs Challenge Badge as we have arranged do do each of the hikes during 2010.

The Three Legs Challenge was set up by the Scout Association – Isle of Man, to encourage hiking amongst Scouts and Explorer Scouts. A special badge and certificate has been created and will be awarded to any Scout or Explorer Scout who complete the Challenge in a twelve month period.

The Dates of the hikes are:

• Heritage Way – 21. March 2010.
• Start at 10:00 at Fenella Beach Car Park.
• Finish at 15:00 at Quarterbridge Pub Car Park.
• Millennium Way – 26. & 27. June 2010.
• Sat: Start at 10:00 at Sky Hill.
• Finish at 16:00 at St Luke’s Church.
• Sun: Start at 10:00 at St. Luke’s Church.
• Finish at Castle Rushen at 16:00.
• Bayr Ny Skeddan – 19. September 2010.
• Start at 09:30 at Fenella Beach Car Park
• Finish at 16:30 at Castle Rushen.
